Update

Step 1

Let start out by Hitting the Home button which looks like a house on your remote which is located half way down on your remote

Step 2

Go to the right to Settings which looks like a White and Blue Person with a Wheel on it

Step 3

Go down to Applications

Then, Go down to Manage Installed Applications

Step 4

Go down and select 4 Green Corners

Then ,Go Down to Uninstall , select it ,then hit Confirm

Step 5

Go down to Downloader and select it and then select Launch Application

* Note* In Downloader App If its comes up with a Notification "Download Folder has Changed Please Select "Yes, Move"

Step 6

After opening up the app "downloader " you should see a spot where you can type in a url or address. Then type in the url "fgc.army/tech" it will say connection and then downloading (this process might take a moment )

Please Note: If it says Anything About App Not Installed This means you need to Factory Reset Due to Lack of Storage Space Please Visit www.yinzpayment.com/troubleshotting

Step 7

After downloading the "FGC TECH" it should come up and give you an option to "install" or "cancel" please hit "install" 😀 (this could take up to 3 minutes)

Step 8

Then, Please Select Open then, it will ask " tv " or "mobile" please hit "tv". then select SAVE

Steps 9

Then it will ask you for your "username " and "passwords" Username: first and last name without caps or spaces Password: phone number including area code without dashes or spaces (ect: 7245558967)

Step 10

After signing in please hit the "settings / user 1 on the right side of the screen(Blue and White Person) " then Click ,General settings" on tops of the list you should see " auto startup on boot" please check that box and go ALL the way down to save

Step 11

Then go back to "settings / user 1 on the right side of the screen(Blue and White Person) " then all the way to the right on the first row you should see "Automations" go to the "2" and turn it to "1" then hit "save"

Step 12

Then go back to the "FGC TECH " app then, download live,series and movies then (test a live channel to make sure it's works)

Steps 13

Hit the home button on the remote which is half way down and looks like a house 🏠 then, next to the settings on the firestick there should be a icon that looks like 3 boxes and an + click that and scroll down until your see my app (don't click it) just highlight it and on your remote on the right side you should see (3 lines) click that and then select the option move to front/top

Then at this point you can start showing the customer how to search(master search), how to add favorite, PLEASE ADD THEIR LOCALS by going to master search (which is located above live movies series) click it and type in "PIT" then add them
